Drawing inspiration from the indigenous lore of the Nah-So-Mah Tribe of the southern Oregon Coast, this collection tells the story of princess Ewuana, her dog Komax, and their unfortunate run-in with the dark spirit Seatka. Ewauna’s choice to dance and swim in the waters and not heed the warnings of the local tribes, left her trapped as stone, looking away from the gaze of Seatka.
